4. Chicago Bears need Justin Fields to lead

You can pass off a lot from Justin Fields. The Chicago Bears did a poor job of helping him, from the offensive line to the wide receiver room we have seen Fields deal with issues all around him. At the same time, you can admit and also say that Fields is not quite playing as well as you would expect him to.

The stats are obvious too. He holds the football too long, does not throw the tight window passes, and only pulls the trigger when someone is wide open, and beyond that, he does a poor job of evading pressure and not turning every time he faces pressure into a sack.

There are moments and flashes in the game of Justin Fields that have you excited, and the reality is that the team will likely have him back and starting again with a better supporting cast next season.

Still, so far this season there have been chances for him to put a stamp on that statement, and he has yet to make that happen yet. Needless to say, the following games will be huge for Fields as he continues to learn a new offense while dealing with all of the chaos around him.
