Chicago Bears Overreaction No. 1: Justin Fields is going to be the franchise quarterback for decades
After starting the season in shaky fashion, Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears offense seem to be clicking wonderfully.
The Bears aren’t making Justin Fields be someone he isn’t, and because of that, Justin Fields is starting to show why he was such a sought-after prospect coming into the league.
Does that mean Justin Fields is perfect? No, not many players in NFL history are; but what Justin Fields has shown this past month is that he’s undoubtedly the answer at quarterback for the Chicago Bears that they’ve been looking for since Sid Luckman.

And while there’s still plenty more for Fields to improve on, he’s been nothing short of impressive this season.
If Luke Getsy and the Chicago Bears can continue building week-by-week, Justin Fields could genuinely be considered a threat across the league.
For the Chicago Bears, the quarterback position doesn’t seem like it’ll be a problem for a long, long time.
