Chicago Bears Winner No. 2: Jaquan Brisker, safety

The Chicago Bears have a stud in safety Jaquan Brisker. He has been playing like one of the top safeties in the league over the last few games and had another great game against the Falcons. He led the team in total tackles with eleven and also forced a fumble on a Cordarrelle Patterson run that was recovered by the Bears.

This kid is special because he plays all over the field. He can play over the top and in the box, but he can also be put in the slot and at the line of scrimmage. He has a special mix of size and speed which he uses to impact the game on multiple levels.

It is clear he has a knack for forcing turnovers. We saw a miraculous interception against New England, and we have seen multiple forced fumbles this season because he insists on going for the football. Matt Eberflus and Alan Williams have been very clever and schematic in how they use him this season. He was used all over the place against the Falcons and was able to make plays because of it.

The Bears have been looking for that other safety to pair with Eddie Jackson ever since Adrian Amos left to join our enemies up north. They went through a lot of players that did an okay job, but Brisker has finally given the team a player that can hold down the back end opposite Jackson while being a compliment to him. His potential is through the roof, and he is already showing what kind of player he is just eleven games into his career. Expect big things as the year goes on from Jaquan Brisker.
