The Bears snuck in and snagged the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft away from Houston thanks to a surprising Week 18 win by the Texans. That’s led to a flurry of speculation about what Chicago will do with that pick and how that will impact Justin Fields’ future with the organization.

Considering the improvement Fields showed in his sophomore NFL season, logic suggests the Bears will trade the No. 1 pick for another high pick and additional assets, but Bears GM Ryan Poles opened the door to drafting a QB if he was “blown away” by a prospect.

That’s probably grandstanding to extract as much value as possible from said pick, but who knows.

Whether it’s the Bears or another team drafting No. 1, it’s clear Vegas believes a QB will be the top pick, as is so often the case. FanDuel set the odds for the No. 1 pick in the 2023 Draft and they have Alabama QB Bryce Young as the betting favorite with -120 odds. Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud is right behind Young with +200 odds. All these odds are, of course, subject to change.

After the quarterbacks, Georgia defensive lineman Jalen Carter and Alabama pass rusher Will Anderson are tied with +500 odds. If the Bears were to stand pact at the No. 1 pick and decide Fields was their man of the future, those two become the favorites because the Bears need to rebuild their defense after trading away Roquan Smith and Robert Quinn.

Here’s a list with latest odds on who will be Drafted No. 1 overall.
