Four teams most likely to trade with the Chicago Bears for the No. 1 pick

Why they want the No. 1 pick
Derek Carr’s departure casts a cloud of uncertainty over the Raiders franchise. Despite his shortcomings, Carr was one of the best quarterbacks in franchise history, and replacing him won’t be an easy feat.
The Raiders have been rumored to be in the Aaron Rodgers market, but it’s unclear if Rodgers will return for the 2023 season, and if he does, there’s no guarantee the Packers move him. Even if Rodgers is available, he will be 40 in December, which offers little long-term certainly for the franchise.
Of the teams that could realistically trade for the first pick, the Raiders seem to offer the best situation. A hall-of-fame caliber wide receiver and first-team all-pro running back the team will likely bring back would give their new quarterback a lot of help. Quarterbacks on rookie contracts have been a recipe for deep playoff runs, and the money the Raiders could save from drafting a quarterback is eye-opening.
What it would take
The Raiders gave up quite a bit to get Davante Adams last offseason, but they still have enough left over to pull off another blockbuster deal. Their seventh overall pick is an obvious start, but they would also have to throw in a second-round selection and their 2024 first to compete with the other suitors.
