After a solid first four games of the 2025 season for the Chicago Bears, fans are starting to imagine big things for the team the rest of the way.
Bears fans are excited about the progression of quarterback Caleb Williams and wide receiver Rome Odunze. There are also concerns with injuries and the defense struggling to stop the run.
There's a lot that has already happened, but what could fans expect to happen the rest of the season?
Caleb Williams won't just throw for over 4,000 yards, he'll get to 4,500 yards
Williams is on pace to hit just over 4,000 yards for the season, which would be a Bears franchise record. Many fans are expecting that, but it might be even better than that.
With a lack of a running game, Williams will have to do more passing, and Ben Johnson could call upon him to pick up the load, and he will answer the call with over 4,500 yards and make his first Pro Bowl. This is the season Williams takes a massive step in the right direction and solidifies himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
D'Andre Swift won't finish the season as the starting running back
It's becoming pretty clear that things aren't working out with Swift in the backfield. After averaging a career-low 3.8 yards per carry last year, Swift has managed to do worse in 2025 with 3.3 yards per run.
Don't be surprised if the Bears pull the plug on Swift in some capacity in 2025. They might either do it with a trade and find a new starter or just outright bench him for rookie Kyle Monangai. Something has to change in the running game.
Tyrique Stevenson gets selected to his first Pro Bowl
After a rough first two starts of the season, Stevenson was called upon to replace Jaylon Johnson as CB1 for the foreseeable future during the 2025 season. He has answered the call tenfold with a great last two games in the secondary.

Stevenson had an interception in last week's 25-24 win over the Las Vegas Raiders and had a PFF coverage grade of 92.7. Don't be surprised if he keeps this momentum going and finds his way to his first Pro Bowl selection of his career.
