3) Re-Gather Composure from Recent Losses

It is no secret that any momentum the Bears had coming off their three-game winning streak was destroyed by the Hail Mary versus Washington. With a somewhat untimely bye week naturally breaking up some of their momentum as well, the Bears were unable to gain serious steam heading into the meat of their schedule.

Sunday's game not only officially starts the second half of the Bears' season, but it marks an opportunity to break the seemingly inevitable cycle that has plagued Chicago's quarterbacks, offenses, teams, coaches, and executives alike. Organizationally, a win could really help tip the scale back into a positive position, but it will all be for nothing if the team is unable to remain composed for a full 60 minutes.

Specifically, simple self-inflicted mistakes such as procedural penalties, miscommunications, and missed opportunities could ultimately put this game out of reach for the faltering Bears. In a divisional game, the margin for victory on either side usually slims down a bit, and if the Bears can force the Packers to be the team to make the crucial mistake, it could be enough to steal a win at home.
