Chicago Bears fans might need some pinching right about now. Not only did their team come close to reaching the NFC Championship Game a season ago and seem to be trending in a positive direction overall, but their quarterback is a superstar in the making.
The latest proof of that is coming from off the field, as Caleb Williams will be starring on an episode of Hot Ones. For those unfamiliar with Hot Ones, the famous quote from the show is "it's the show with hot questions and even hotter wings". Guests must eat 10 chicken wings that increase in hotness with each wing while being asked questions by host Sean Evans, an Illinois native and Bears fan.
The episode with Williams airs Thursday, September 3, and Bears fans are wondering what types of questions Evans will have for the former number one overall pick. Here are some suggestions.
What's hotter: Da Bomb or beating the Packers in the playoffs?
Da Bomb is a staple on the show. It's one of the last hot sauces guests eat, and it usually trips people up with how hot it is.
Once Williams takes a bite of his wing with Da Bomb on it, Evans should ask the Bears quarterback if that's hotter than when he and his squad knocked the Packers out of the playoffs earlier this year. Considering the pain the Green Bay Packers have put Bears fans through, it was nice to finally see them get a heavy dose of karma.
As far as how Williams will answer this, who knows? Da Bomb is famous for the damage it does to guests on Hot Ones but ending the Packers' season was an epic moment.
