The next chapter in the Chicago Bears-Green Bay Packers rivalry will be written in Week 5, as it could be a big day for the Bears.

Even without Caleb Williams and Kyle Monangai on the field, the Bears still have plenty of weapons to win. With the Packers on the other side, Chicago has some motivation to win.

Bears fans hope five bold predictions come true as the team tries to win its third straight game of the season and its third straight game against the Packers. Here are the bold predictions for the showdown.

5 bold predictions for the Bears-Packers Week 5 showdown

Roschon Johnson is going to rush for at least 75 yards

Kyle Monangai had some success against the Packers and was physical toward their defenders. Unfortunately for the Bears, they won't have Monangai in the game, as his turf toe injury has him in a boot.

While D'Andre Swift will get most of the carries, Roschon Johnson could step up and get some carries. Johnson will most likely start with the plan that he won't get many carries, but he can bring back the physicality he showed in the Bears' Week 4 win over the New York Jets, when he ran for 16 yards on four fourth-quarter carries.

Watch for Johnson to have a breakout game, with the Bears' offensive line helping him. 75 yards seems like a crazy mark for him to hit, but the Bears are averaging nearly 200 yards per game on the ground, so Johnson could get more yards than expected.

Tyson Bagent throws for over 300 yards

Bagent had 268 yards and one interception against the Jets. He was very lucky to have four other interceptions nullified by Jets penalties.

This week, with another week under his belt as the starter, Bagent has a chance to bounce back and improve. He'll face a tough challenge against one of the NFL's best passing defenses: the Packers.

Look for big days from Rome Odunze, Luther Burden III, and Colston Loveland. Bagent getting 300 passing yards against this Packers defense is well within the realm of possibility.

Dillon Thieneman records a sack and an interception

Thieneman has been the MVP of this defense and will be in the Defensive Rookie of the Year conversation. He has posted an interception and three pass deflections this year, and he leads the Bears in tackles with 30.

The Bears have been one of the NFL's best defenses, and Thieneman has played a big role in that. Watch for him to have a big game, posting a sack and an interception against this struggling Packers offense.

Jordan Love gets sacked at least four times

This season, Love has been sacked eight times in four games, averaging two sacks per game. Green Bay's offensive line has dealt with injuries and starting lineup changes, with three new linemen signed in the last few weeks.

The Bears' defensive line has had a much better season than many expected after a quiet offseason of adding players. They have posted 10 sacks, with Dayo Odeyingbo leading the team with three.

Chicago has a chance to get plenty of sacks on Love, with the Packers most likely to throw 35 to 40 times. Four sacks is realistic for them.

Bears defense allows under 50 rushing yards

The Packers have by far the NFL's worst rushing offense, averaging 58 yards per game. Chicago is ranked 13th in run defense, allowing 102.5 yards per game.

Green Bay will need a lot of help to run the ball without Josh Jacobs. This should be an easy, bold prediction: the Bears will shut down this rushing attack with relative ease.
