Due in large part to their struggles in pass protection and on third down, the Bears scored 0 touchdowns at Soldier Field in week 10.

The second straight week that the offense has failed to get into the end zone, Sunday provided another example of how putrid the Bears' post-bye week production has been. In the three wins before their week seven bye, the offense produced an impressive 13 total touchdowns, including two five-touchdown outings. Over their recent three-game losing streak, that total has dropped just to two scores, both of which came before the walk-off Hail Mary against the Washington Commanders.

No matter how good of a defense the Bears have, it is simply impossible to expect to win if the offense cannot find their way into the end zone multiple times, let alone once. When firing on all cylinders, the unit has shown that they are an exciting group of offensive playmakers, but recent weeks have seemed more disconnected and lackadaisical, and Sunday was certainly no exception.
