3. Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders could be a good fit if Luke Getsy liked his time with Herbert. The two spent three years together, and the best years of Herbert's career were under Getsy. Last year, the Bears went into the season with the intention of starting Herbert and him being their lead rusher. He could step into Las Vegas and be in the same spot.

Zamir White is injured, but White could instantly lose his job to Herbert if he is healthy. Alexander Mattison is currently carrying the load and most would agree that Herbert is a better player than him as well. At the very least, Herbert brings an element of speed that neither White nor Mattison have.

The Raiders are making a quarterback change, but sitting at 2-3, their season is far from over. They need to lean on the run, but it is one of the worst attacks in the NFL. Adding a big-play hitter like Herbert may help.
