Well, the Chicago Bears players certainly didn't help their coaching staff out that much after their 24-15 preseason finale win over the Tennessee Titans.
The Bears dominated this game from start to finish, with an electric 97-yard touchdown catch from Zavion Thomas setting the tone for the game. Overall, the offense and defense were impressive in the win, and they ended the preseason on a good note at 2-1.
With the roster cutdown now looming, the Bears have some tough decisions to make, but they at least had plenty of winners from this game. Here's a look at the winners and losers from Chicago's victory.

Winner: Tyson Bagent, QB
Did Bagent have a lot to gain from this game? Maybe not right away, but if the Bears ever needed to trade him for a high draft pick, he helped his value big time. After completing 16-of-17 passes for 208 yards and two touchdowns in the win, there may not be a better backup quarterback in the NFL than Bagent right now.
Loser: Brittain Brown, RB
Brown scored a touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals last year in the regular season, but this year, he just hasn't been able to make the same kind of impact. He rushed six times for 11 yards in the game, averaging just 1.8 yards per carry, with his longest run being a five-yarder. It's too bad that Salvon Ahmed and Roschon Johnson ran away with the RB3 jobs, but Brown did not look the same as last year.
Winner: Zavion Thomas, WR
This third-round pick rookie was seen as too high for his spot, but he is making everyone who said that look silly. Thomas had five receptions for 140 yards and a 97-yard touchdown catch, while having a 39-yard punt return. Chicago needs to find ways to get the ball to him because his speed is deadly on the field.
Winner: Jayden Loving, DT
Jordan van den Berg has been getting all the line at defensive tackle, but Loving has had a quietly good training camp and preseason. Loving exploded with two tackles, two tackles for loss, one pass deflection, and one sack. He may not make the roster, but he certainly solidified a spot on the practice squad.
Winner: Maurice Alexander, WR
Alexander has been really solid all preseason and had yet another good game for the Bears. He caught seven passes for 50 yards and a touchdown, while rushing three times for 11 yards. Alexander seems like a lock for the practice squad since he's always been a lock for Ben Johnson's offense, but at some point, he should be called up for a regular season game because he's good.
Winner: Terell Smith, CB
Smith hasn't really jumped out at all during training camp or preseason, but he had a really good night in coverage. He finished with two pass deflections and didn't make a tackle. That's usually a good sign: he was so good in coverage that the receivers didn't catch the ball, which forced him to make a tackle. He needed a good game and got one.

Winner: Jamree Kromah, DE
After having two sacks in the first preseason game and none the next week, Kromah closes out his uneven preseason with a good game. He finished with three tackles, one tackle for loss, one quarterback hit, and one sack. Kromah is on the border of making the team, and this performance made it that much tougher for the Bears.
