It's Week 10 of the 2025 NFL season and the Chicago Bears are looking to add another win to their record as they take on the New York Giants.
The Bears enter the game with a 5-3 record and winners of five of their last six games. Chicago is currently second in the NFL in rushing yards with 144 yards per game. They are also first in the NFL in takeaways on defense with 19.
New York has only won two games and is on the verge of missing the postseason. Rooke quarterback Jaxson Dart has provided a much-needed spark, but without running back Cam Skattebo and wide receiver Malik Nabers, the offense doesn't have the firepower needed.
So, the big question is who will come out on top in the game? Our Bear Goggles On staff members shared their predictions for the game.
Bear Goggles On Contributor's Bears-Giants Week 10 Predictions
The offensive line will face its biggest test so far this season, going up against the vaunted Giants defensive line. Caleb Williams is still susceptible to holding on to the ball at times. He needs to continue to improve in that area. He should continue to target TE Colston Loveland, whose size and speed should give their linebackers and defensive backs trouble.
The Giants' run defense is ranked 29th, allowing 150 yards per game. The Bears must exploit it with both Kyle Monangai and a healthy D'Andre Swift. I expect them to rush for over 250 rushing yards combined.
The defense will have to find ways to pressure their rookie QB, Jaxson Dart. Their entire offense relies on him, with the injuries to Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo. He is also a capable runner, so they must contain him and force him into making rookie mistakes. After giving up 42 points against the Bengals, Dennis Allen and the defense need to have a strong game.

The Bears are going to be in another last-second shootout. They have faced Spencer Rattler, Tyler Huntley, and Joe Flacco in the last three weeks and have given up 30 or more twice. Meanwhile, the Giants have played the Eagles, Broncos, and 49ers, three playoff contenders. Jaxon Dart refuses to die, and the Bears' roller coaster season continues.

The fact that this team is 5-3 to start the season is impressive in itself. While they are not winning the prettiest games, they are a relisient team that has won three games this year on game-winning drives led by Caleb Williams. I actually think the Giants' defensive line will step up and stop the Bears' rushing attack. This game will be Williams' coming out party with Rome Odunze and Colston Loveland being the stars and showing Chicago the true future of the Bears, even if the defense of the Bears doesn't look 100% great.
