The Chicago Bears are one win away from getting back to .500 and taking back the season after an 0-2 start.
Chicago picked up a massive 31-14 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday to give them their first win of the season. It was a complete team effort with nearly 400 yards of offense and four turnovers created by the defense. The Bears couldn't have asked for a better performance from their team.
Their focus shifts to the Las Vegas Raiders in a tough cross-country road trip on Sunday. Both teams are desperate for a win in an attempt to maintain their seasons. There's one player on that field that'll make or break the game for the Bears if they don't stop him.
Bears' focus on Sunday is straight at Maxx Crosby
Bears head coach Ben Johnson spoke with the media on Wednesday as he opened the presser discussing Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby. Johnson was not shy about paying Crosby high compliments.
"He's a top-5 player in this league on defense. ... He wrecks drives. That's what he does."

Crosby has clearly been one of the best in the NFL since the Raiders drafted him in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He has made the previous four Pro Bowls and has twice led the NFL in tackles for loss in 2022 and 2023.
It's going to be a nightmare for the Bears to try to contain Crosby off the edge. Right tackle Darnell Wright is dealing with an elbow injury that's leaving his status for Sunday up in the air. While left tackle Braxton Jones had a better game against Dallas, he has been wildly inconsistent in the early part of the season.
Chicago's offensive line has some issues at each tackle position, so the Crosby factor could end up having the Bears be in two-tight end sets throughout the game more often. Even that might be a challenge with rookie Colston Loveland and Cole Kmet banged up going into the game.

The Bears will certainly have their hands full with Crosby off the edge. It might be on Caleb Williams to carry the team to their second win.
