After an eventful fourth quarter, it looked like the Chicago Bears were going to end up winning by multiple scores against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 9. Of course, in typical Bears fashion, chaos ensued, and the game hung in the balance with just 25 seconds remaining.

Caleb Williams then found Colston Loveland for what ended up being a game-winning 58-yard touchdown, and quite a punctuation mark on a thrilling game that actually worked out in Chicago's favor for once.

As easy as it is to give Williams and Loveland all the glory, and they certainly deserve the lion's share, it is actually head coach Ben Johnson who should get the main game ball. His creativity was endless during Sunday's win, as he pulled out all the stops to ensure the Bears' fifth victory of the season.

Ben Johnson looks like a genius after 4 different Bears threw a pass vs Bengals

Johnson has been known for his share of trick plays, but in the win against the Bengals, he brought things to a new level. Not only did Williams attempt 34 passes, but even backup Tyson Bagent got the chance to make a throw to Williams for 20 yards.

But that wasn't all. Wide receiver DJ Moore even got in on the fun, finding Williams on a two-yard touchdown pass, and tight end Cole Kmet was part of a trick play where he threw a pass to Rome Odunze, which unfortunately fell incomplete.

It is unknown whether the Bears broke an NFL record by having four different players throw a pass in a single game. But the fact that they don't keep close track of such things indicates just how much Johnson is bucking the league's historical trends.

OptaStats did reveal, however, that the Bears are the first team in NFL history to have a player throw for three touchdowns (Williams), a different player to have a passing and rushing touchdown (Moore), and a third player to run for 150 yards or more (Kyle Monangai).

This is an incredible feat for Chicago, and in a win, no less. Moore's stat line tells the story of just how fun this offense is, as he caught four passes for 72 yards, threw a two-yard touchdown, and ran in a 17-yard touchdown.

Chicago's starting quarterback had multiple receptions, including a receiving touchdown; the Bears had three players with five or more rushing attempts, and four different players were responsible for the team's six touchdowns.

It has been a spectacle in the Windy City, and it is all thanks to Ben Johnson. He has the Bears just a half game out of the NFC North lead, and more importantly, he has revolutionized the team and galvanized the fan base.
