When fans see Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson on the field, he is as calm and collected as they get. After a win, though, Johnson is as emotional as they come.
The Bears were coming off a 24-20 win over the New York Giants in Week 10 that saw the team come from behind after being down 20-10 going into the fourth quarter. Thanks to Caleb Williams' two touchdowns, Chicago moved to 6-3 on the season and in the thick of the playoff hunt.
After the game, the Bears' social media team shared footage of the locker room, showing Johnson firing up the players with another speech. However, this time, it was shorter than usual, as a perfect blend of redundancy was happening in Chicago.
"I tell you what, I feel like I'm on repeat each and every week right now. I got nothing new to say to you guys. Did you even waver for a second? You knew exactly, we had them right where we wanted them."

Johnson continues to prove he's the right man for the Bears
After his speech, Johnson gave game balls to C.J. Gardner-Johnson, who had two sacks and led the team in tackles with nine, and Williams, who had two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, helped them win. Of course, he concluded it with his traditional "Good, Better, Best" chant.
It's the chant that fans have been hearing a lot of this season. After two consecutive losses to start the season, the Bears have won six of their last seven games, which includes a four-game winning streak in between them.
Chicago already has more wins this season through nine than they did all of last year. This is a testament to Johnson and the culture he's building there. The players bought into Johnson's messaging, from his chant to the motivational quotes he gave them on Wednesday.

There's still plenty of time left in the regular season, so Johnson needs to ensure his team stays focused. So far, there are no signs from the Bears that suggest they are not ready for the moment.
