The Chicago Bears just did what they have done best all season: come from behind to beat their opponents, but this comeback was different.

Going into the second half, the Bears were down by 18 against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card game when they outscored the road team 28-6 to pull off an incredible win 31-27 to advance to the Divisional Round. This moment was huge for two big reasons for the Bears.

One, the 18-point comeback becomes the largest comeback victory in the Bears' franchise postseason history. Not only that, but Chicago made the largest comeback in the history of their rivalry against the Packers.

Bears just do what they do best while making history

There was nothing going on for the offense in the first half once again, as they struggled to convert on fourth down, going one for five to start the game. Even the defense struggled, allowing multiple big plays early.

In the second half, as per the typical Bears game, they flipped the switch, and quarterback Caleb Williams proved why he's got ice in his veins and stormed his team back into the game to win it. While the defense did not get the turnovers it usually does, it still made the stops needed in the second half, allowing only one scoring drive.

Chicago scored on four of their five drives in the game, including three straight touchdowns to end the game. Williams finished with 361 yards and two touchdowns to two interceptions, with both touchdowns coming in the fourth quarter when the Bears needed it the most.

Now that history has been made as the Bears won their first postseason game since 2010, Chicago will play host to another playoff game in the Divisional Round as they wait to see who they will play. Until then, a shaking Soldier Field will become a shaking city with celebration ensuing in the Windy City.
