Cole Kmet had hilarious NSFW response to taking over long snapping duties

In unsurprising fashion, the Chicago Bears offense came out slow in Week 6 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Technically the home team but a long way from Chicago, the Bears ended up making themselves at home in London after a difficult first quarter.
That first period saw the Bears total just seven yards of offense on two possessions which, of course, resulted in two punts.
On the second of those punts, though, starting long snapper Scott Daly was hurt. Following the play, Daly received medical attention for his knee injury.
Daly was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game, which meant the Bears did not have a long snapper for the next three quarters.
Who is the team's emergency long snapper, you ask? None other than starting tight end Cole Kmet, who had a pair of touchdowns on the day after the offense got rolling.
When Bears special teams coordinator Richard Hightower approached Kmet with the news that he'd be stepping in as the emergency long snapper, one Bears reporter was able to catch the funny exchange between the two of them.
At first, Hightower simply told Kmet, "Scott's hurt."
For some reason, Kmet thought his coach was referring to wide receiver Tyler Scott. Then, reality settled in for the veteran tight end.
Kmet began warming up to fill in for the injured Daly, but it turned out the Bears offense never needed him.

Funny enough, after Daly was hurt, the Bears never ended up having to punt for the rest of the game. The two drives which ended without points resulted in Caleb Williams' only interception on the day as well as a rare Cairo Santos missed field goal.
Kmet was tied for the team-lead in targets with five on the day (Keenan Allen and D.J. Moore), but led the Bears with 70 receiving yards to go along with his two touchdowns. Allen also enjoyed a breakout, catching his first and second touchdown of his Bears tenure.
All in all, Williams improved yet again, just as fans have grown accustomed to seeing. Over the past four games, specifically, Williams has shown remarkable and visible improvement in his game. He has looked more comfortable and poised, first and foremost, but the results have been there both on the field and the stat sheet.
It has certainly helped getting a player like Kmet more involved after the Bears began the season featuring more of Gerald Everett in a manner which had fans all kinds of confused. In his last four games, Kmet has totaled 21 receptions, 258 receiving yards and three scores.
