Latest Pro Bowl voting results tell dreadful story of failing Chicago Bears' roster

The results of the second round of voting for the Pro Bowl rosters were released, and not a single Chicago Bears' player was in the top ten of their position.

While fan voting only accounts for a portion of the actual Pro Bowl team it does bring up a question of which players could make it for the team.

Do the Chicago Bears have any Pro Bowl players on their roster?

Caleb Williams is being viewed as the third or fourth most productive rookie at this point, let alone a top-five or six quarterbacks, so he will not make it.

The wide receivers were supposed to be the team's bright spot, but both D.J. Moore and Keenan Allen are on pace for a career-low in yards per target, and Rome Odunze is being viewed as less than Brian Thomas Jr. and Ladd McConkey, two rookies who were drafted after him.

Cole Kmet is 13th in yards amongst tight ends, and maybe if Shane Waldron did not go weeks without using him, he could make a case.

Montez Sweat is on pace for a career-low sack total, Gervon Dexter has one sack since October 6, and Andrew Billings is hurt. T.J. Edwards is playing fine and may be one of the few deserving of consideration, but he is not nearly the name to get that attention.

Jaquan Brisker has been banged up, Kevin Byard has lost a step and Tyrique Stevenson has been making a case to be benched. This leaves Jaylon Johnson and Kyler Gordon.

Johnson is having a great year, and most of his stats are down because teams are throwing at him less. Gordon has been much improved and only Eagles rookie Cooper Dejean comes to mind when you think of a more impactful slot player in the NFC.

The Bears do not have many viable candidates, but if someone does make the Pro Bowl, it will be Johnson or Gordon.
