The final mock drafts are being submitted, giving Chicago Bears fans a better idea of how the 2026 NFL Draft will fall for the team.

Chicago has to fill several positions, like edge rusher, safety, offensive line, defensive tackle, and wide receiver. There will be options for Bears general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Ben Johnson to consider, but one might have to trump everything they are planning.

FanSided's NFL insider Jason La Canfora shared his mock draft, in which the Bears take Clemson offensive tackle Blake Miller with the 25th overall pick.

"Even Ben Johnson can only scheme so much up. The tackle situation is untenable, and it’s not like there are great options on the street (though there are some options)."

Bears predicted to go offensive tackle, which they might have no choice on

Miller is the 39th-ranked player on FanSided's Big Board going into the draft. He has been selected to the All-ACC team in each of the last three years at Clemson, as he owns the school record for snaps played with 3,778.

Ozzy Trapilo's injury is expected to keep him out for a good portion of the 2026 NFL season. The Bears' options at left tackle for the moment are Braxton Jones, Jedrick Wills, and Theo Benedet. All decent options, but none are considered long-term.

If Chicago takes Miller, he isn't just a replacement for the 2026 season at left tackle. This will be a clear signal that the Bears are serious about him as the left tackle for the long term, leaving Trapilo in an awkward situation on the roster.

It feels as though there is growing momentum for an offensive tackle to be selected by the Bears at 25, which means if Miller is available at that spot, it shouldn't surprise fans when the selection is made.
