Every team has its own specific ways of preparing for a quarterback of Caleb Williams' talents, but the Green Bay Packers might be a bit misguided in how they are going about it.
To simulate how Williams will play in the game, the Packers are using star defensive end Micah Parsons to help with that. Green Bay was running a drill where Parsons was running around, trying to make guys miss, as Williams would.

Packers have no idea what's coming for them with Williams facing them
Everyone can say what they want about Williams' accuracy issues, but his athleticism is a nightmare to defend for any defense. He possesses the type of speed that not many quarterbacks in the NFL have, and he can use his feet to make anyone miss.
This season, Williams has completed 58.1% of his passes for 2,722 yards and 17 touchdowns to five interceptions. He's also rushed for 306 yards and three touchdowns.
It's been an interesting week for the Packers-Bears rivalry, as Green Bay has undoubtedly done a lot more talking than the Bears have. Green Bay has taken Bears head coach Ben Johnson's comments about beating Matt LaFleur twice a year to heart in his introductory speech.
Parsons has been one who feels the Bears need to earn his respect and criticized the team. Others have just focused on the LaFleur comments as part of their motivation going into the contest.
While the Packers are focused on the past, the Bears are focused on the present and getting better. Johnson and Williams are making sure they can get their passing game going, keep it consistent, and improve their accuracy.

If Green Bay thinks Parsons running around a field with the football in his hands will have them ready for Williams, they are sadly mistaken. Williams can make some memorable plays with him running around, and the Packers will soon find out.
