Pick 122 Option: Mohamed Kamara, EDGE, Colorado State

The Chicago Bears have to address the defensive end/edge rusher position this offseason. The team finished 31st in sacks per game in 2023, and so far the only addition to the room has been Jacob Martin. Safe to say, there needs to be some young talent injected here.

Enter Mohamed Kamara. Kamara was explosive for Colorado State and the edge rusher racked up 17 tackles for loss and 13 sacks in 2023. The edge rusher had 16 tackles for loss in 2022, showing that the 2023 season was no fluke. Kamara is explosive off the edge and would give the Bears a reliable option opposite Montez Sweat.

Typically, fourth-round selections make the roster as depth pieces. However, if Kamara is available here, he could be an impact starter from day one.
