Pick 122 Option: Jacob Cowing, WR, Arizona

In my mock, I have the Bears selecting Rome Odunze in the first round. We also know that the Bears recently traded for veteran Keenan Allen. However, neither of these factors is preventing me from adding another receiver in the draft.

The Bears have a fearsome trio in this scenario, with DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, and Rome Odunze. Behind that trio, though, is a lot of uncertainty. Jacob Cowing could be a perfect mid-round addition for the Bears. Cowing gives the Bears a different skill set than what they already have in the aforementioned trio.

Cowing has a slight build, standing at 5'8" and weighing just under 170 pounds. The receiver is quick and ran a sub-4.4 40 at the combine. Cowing has a great short-area burst and is better than expected at breaking tackles. With a rookie QB, the Bears need to add as many weapons as possible.
