2. Nsimba Webster

The Bears have three legitimate wideouts, but they are struggling to find their fifth guy in the depth chart. Tyler Scott locked down the fourth spot, but injuries and struggles amongst other players has left the back end of the roster wide open.

Nsimba Webster has come alive in the past two weeks and looks to be on the verge of making the roster. Webster started with Scott this week, showing that he is currently number five on the wide receiver depth chart.

Still, the fifth spot is more than just receiver. Webster has been a multi-phase special teamer and he has experience returning punts. This is big because the Bears gave DeAndre Carter a chance to return punts and it led to a turnover.

Webster has handled his duties well, while the rest of the room has struggled. He should be the fifth receiver.

Collin Johnson has been hurt and Dante Pettis did not play against Kansas City. Carter had issues as a return man and Velus Jones is no longer a wide receiver. The depth chart has thinned out to the point where it is easy to make a case for Webster making it.
