3. WR Darnell Mooney
Mooney feels like the quintessential "change of location" candidate. His production has plummeted since the 81-catch, 1055-yard season in 2021, and he found himself dealing with a ton of negative press for both on field mistakes and off field headlines last year. With DJ Moore as the undisputed WR1 of Chicago's offense, and (presumably) another elite pass-catching prospect on the way this April, Mooney's ceiling with the Bears suddenly looks, at best, like WR3. His time in Chicago didn't turn out quite like fans thought it would when the took him in the 5th round of the 2020 draft, but he's got plenty of potential to turn it around somewhere else next year.
