1. Montez Sweat is an established leader of the Chicago Bears

Montez Sweat may be the best player on the worst unit on the roster, but he is still arguably the most important player on the defensive side of the football. We saw his impact from the second he got traded.

The Bears pass rush went from questionable to significant and their defense in general completely turned things around. Sweat helped guys like DeMarcus Walker play their best football down the stretch of last season as well.

When you lead two teams in sacks, you are going to get the term alpha thrown at you. That is a leader. The question for Sweat is what is he prepared to do next? He is coming off of the best year of his career as well, so it is going to be hard to follow up. There is only so high that you can go.

Still, the pass rush has as many question marks beyond Sweat now as they ever have. Unlike receiver and cornerback, they are going to Sweat to carry the unit once again. We will see how much of an alpha Sweat can be.
