Leonard Williams, DE

Leonard Williams came to the Seahawks at the 2023 NFL trade deadline. The talented defensive lineman racked up 41 tackles and four sacks in 10 games with the Seahawks. In total, Williams had 62 tackles and 5.5 sacks in 2023 with the Giants and Seahawks.

Seahawks general manager John Schneider has made it clear that the team wishes to re-sign Williams. However, the Bears boast considerably more cap room than the Seahawks and could outbid the team. The Bears desperately need help in the pass rush, and Williams is a game-changer. Williams isn't just a pass rusher, either. Williams is also a guy who consistently grades as an elite run-stopper.

Spotrac projects the talented DL to command around $17 million annually in free agency. Considering Williams' ability to help out in multiple ways, that price would be reasonable for the Bears.
