The Chicago Bears desperately need to add a competent center this offseason. Cody Whitehair and Lucas Patrick were both bad in 2023 and neither should be in the team's plans going forward. Enter Connor Williams.

Williams is the best free agent center this offseason. The former 2nd-round pick earned a stellar 86.5 PFF grade for the Miami Dolphins in 2023 and allowed just 1 sack all season. Spotrac expects Williams to break the bank in free agency and secure $13.5M annualy. However, the center position is the only weakness on the Bears' line and adding Williams could give the team a truly elite unit.
