The Bears are so, so close to their We May Have Too Much Money To Spend era, and it's a right of passage that ascending teams throw big dollars at someone who doesn't end up contributing that much. The options this year are especially intriguing: Chris Jones, Tee Higgins, Brian Burns, and Antonie Winfield Jr. are all available and all fit a position of need in Chicago. So the guess here is this: Higgins on a $60+ million deal and Jones on a $90+ million deal. And then the Bears will finally be back.
