4) Limit Rams' first half scoring

It is no secret that the Bears boast one of the better defenses across the entire league, but there is always room for improvement, specifically in the first half. Through three games, the Bears defense as a whole is allowing just 19 points per game, a figure that ranks them in the top 10 of the NFL, but this number skews poorly in the first half, where they have allowed 13.3 points per half, the 10th worst mark in the league.

Fortunately for the defense, the Rams' offense is ranked last in first-half points (coincidentally tied with the Bears). If the Monsters of the Midway can emphasize their stifling presence in the first half of Sunday's contest, the Rams may find it nearly impossible to get the ball into the end zone, regardless of how much time is on the clock.

A fast start is always appreciated in football, but with the offense still coming into form, it would make sense for the defense to be aggressive early, especially against a group that is without many important players, including star receiver tandem Puca Nacua and Cooper Kupp, as well as several of their week one starting offensive lineman. Generating pressure and forcing the ball out of Stafford's hand early would give the Bears' front the authority to take the game over from the jump.
