1. Noah Sewell

The Chicago Bears 2023 fifth-round pick is going to struggle to make the roster in his second season. The pick was always curious because he was drafted into a deep running back room, but apparently, he was the Bears' top player available.

Sewell became valued on special teams last year, but the room is arguably more crowded this year. They lost Dylan Cole but added Amen Ogbongbemiga. He is a special teams maven who has excelled in the preseason. The Bears also have Micah Baskerville, who is in year two.

He made the practice squad last year and looks improved on his play. He had a pick-six against the Bills while Sewell has missed the last two preseason games.

At this point, the Bears may put Sewell on an injured list. Still, that would most likely end his season. They also could cut him, and the odds of him circling back to the practice squad are very high at this point and time.

Sewell is the definition of not being able to make the club from the tub, and that is a disappointment for sure.
