1. Eric Bieniemy -- former Washington Commanders OC

Bieniemy's tenure in Washington didn't go so well, but really, whose does? And despite the Commanders' abysmal record, the offense wasn't actually half bad: Bieniemy managed to get the duo of Jacoby Brisset and Sam Howell to put up league average numbers (18th in passing yards, 16th in touchdowns). It's not the best endorsement of Bieniemy's career, but he's a proven OC who was very -- and I mean very -- clearly missed in Kansas City this year. And speaking of the Chiefs, that's also where he, notably enough, spent almost a decade working with Bears' GM Ryan Poles. Maybe there's a team out there that still wants to give Bieniemy a shot at the head coaching gig, but it sure doesn't seem like it right now. Maybe the idea of working with Justin Fields, Caleb Williams, or Drake Maye is enough to convince him that another OC gig is worth his while.
