4. Kliff Kingsbury -- former Cardinals HC

This is easily the most chaotic choice on this list. Kingsbury has been the senior offensive analyst & quarterbacks coach for University of Southern California since the start of 2023, which is especially interesting considering who's more-than-likely going first overall in the draft this April. Even if the head coaching stuff didn't quite work out, Kingsbury's offenses always hum. He has plenty of experience coaching young quarterbacks, too -- always being connected to Patrick Mahomes (and Baker Mayfield I guess) never hurts in job interviews. A fair warning to the Justin Fields fans among you: it'd be awful hard to not read the tea leaves if the Bears go this route, though.
