4. Collin Johnson

The winner of the Hall of Fame game was Collin Johnson, but even after that performance, he had a long way to make the roster. There are four obvious receivers ahead of him, and the others had roles beyond being receivers that made them intriguing. 

So, Johnson had to build from that momentum. He has done anything but that. Johnson has hardly practiced in two weeks and he has not played. These were the most important weeks of his season and he just lost them. 

It is hard to knock him because of injury, but other players are healthy and going to step up. The good news is that DeAndre Carter has been injured and Velus Jones moved to running back. The door is not slammed shut on Johnson, but if he does not play in the preseason finale, there is no reason for him to make the team.
