1. Noah Sewell 

Noah Sewell is similar to Collin Johnson in that you do not want to knock him for his injuries, but you also have to admit that he cannot make the roster if he is not healthy. Sewell did little outside of special teams as a rookie and this year he has hardly stepped on the field. 

The top three linebackers were always ahead of him, but it is clear that Amen Ogbongbemiga is ahead of him now as well. You can make a strong case that Micah Baskerville has played so well that it is hard to keep Sewell ahead of him. 

Still, we do not have enough clarity on the injury status to know. Sewell may need to go on IR. However, he is a day-three pick who did little as a rookie and has not shown anything at all this summer.
