Chicago Bears rookies are officially reporting to Training Camp at Halas Hall as Tuesday marks the unofficial start to the 2024 NFL season.

Veterans officially report to Training Camp on Friday and that will mark the team's first full-squad practice of the Pre-Season.

Of course, the Bears' attention remains on quarterback Caleb Williams and wide receiver Rome Odunze. Both Williams and Odunze have yet to sign their rookie deals with the Bears, meaning they won't be allowed to participate in any team workout at Halas Hall. That said, they can both still be present on Tuesday.

As a reminder, a large portion of Williams' contract is already determined based on the NFL's rules with rookie contracts. We know that Williams will have a four-year deal with the Bears worth just over $39MM. The deal will also include a fifth-year option worth $25MM. There remains wiggle room over the signing bonus and the off-set language of the deal, and that is likely where the potential hold-up is.

However, even though it is the day that rookies report and Williams has yet to sign, there still isn't complete reason for concern as the players will not be on the practice field until Friday.

Bears' rookies report to Training Camp as Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze remain unsigned.

The rest of the Bears' 2024 draft class have signed their respective deals. Offensive tackle Kiran Amegadjie, punter Tory Taylor, and edge rusher Austin Booker will be among the rookies who report on Tuesday. Amegadije did miss the Bears' offseason program due to a calf injury but is expected to be ready for practice on Friday.

The Bears are among the first teams in the NFL to begin Training Camp as they will play the Houston Texans in the NFL's Hall of Fame game on August 1.
