3. Micah Baskerville

Micah Baskerville has quietly been a winner this offseason. He made the practice squad as a UDFA last season and this year he has an inside shot at a roster spot. It helps that Noah Sewell is injured, but Baskerville has earned passing him up on the field.

Baskerville recorded a pick-six against the Buffalo Bills and has been one of the Bears' best linebackers in the preseason. More than that, he is earning a roster spot due to his special teams play.

Still, the Bears signed Amen Ogbongbemiga because of his special teams ability, so he is locked on the roster. They obviously have Tremaine Edmunds, TJ Edwards and Jacks Sanborn as well so nothing is locked up for Baskerville.

This will be a big week for him. If he makes another play, he is a roster lock. Heck, a good showing on special teams may be just as big. It will be worth watching.
