1. Who will make the Chicago Bears roster at defensive tackle?

The Chicago Bears are very thin at defensive tackle. Gervon Dexter and Andrew Billings are notable starters, but Zacch Pickens has not shown any life and the depth behind him gets even more questionable.

Michael Dwumfour and Byron Cowart were practice squad-level players last year, and Keith Randolph is a rookie UDFA. Not the best group for the fourth spot.

Of the three, Cowart looked the best against the Texans. He had a sack and a couple of tackles. PFF had him down for two run stops.

As of now, he has the lead in this competition. Andrew Billings is unlikely to play this week, so the trio will get plenty of chances again this week. Three players will compete for one spot. That is what the preseason is all about.
