Bears vs. Vikings key players to watch
Chicago Bears
Justin Fields: The Bears starting quarterback will make his second start since returning from injury. He had a great game in his loss to the Lions, and if we continues that level of play the rest of the season, the Bears may just decide to role with him in the future instead of selecting a QB early in the draft.
Minnesota Vikings
Joshua Dobbs: Despite losing to the Broncos last week, Joshua Dobbs remains one of the most intriguing stories in the NFL this season. He's 2-1 since being acquired by the team and the Vikings currently sit in a playoff spot in the NFC. Can he keep the magic alive on Monday night?
Bears vs. Vikings prediction and pick
Hats off to the Chicago Bears, they've improved from being a dumpster fire at the start of the season to a below-average team. Over their last three games, they're 12th in the NFL in Net Yards per Play at +0.1, which also happens to be where the Vikings sit in that statistic since acquiring Joshua Dobbs.
Their run defense remains elite, ranking inside the top five in each run defense category, so for the Vikings to win and cover this game they need Joshua Dobbs to do with his arm and I don't know if he can do that. Call me a hater, but I still think Dobbs is an average quarterback at best.
I'll gladly take the 3.5 points with the Bears on Monday night.
