7. The Chicago Bears run defense goes from bottom 10, to top 10

The Chicago Bears' run defense could not get worst, so predicting a turnaround is not the boldest of calls. However, seeing a unit go from worst to even top 10 is a pretty bold call. It is possible because the team did everything they could this offseason to improve that unit.

Fans even think that the Bears did not do enough with the pass rush because the focus was so heavy on run defense. Two linebackers, Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards both bring it downhill in run support. The edge rushers the team added, Rasheem Green and DeMarcus Walker, are both better against the run.

Then, there is Andrew Billings, who is a known run clogger. Even Gervon Dexter and Zacch Pickens have enough run support as rookies that this unit will clearly turn around. One thing that will also help is the Bears' offense will improve.

They will be leading in games and forcing teams to pass more. So, the combination of the unit improving and teams running less against them will result in a massive turnaround.
