1. Chicago Bears defense allows less than 20 points vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After the Chicago Bears allowed 38 points to the Green Bay Packers, many fans would be surprised if the Bears held the Buccaneers to 20 points or less. However, while the Bucs' win over the Vikings was impressive, they only scored 20 points in the win. The Vikings' defense is not good, as evidenced by the Eagles moving the ball up and down the field.

This is where we go back to Baker Mayfield. Despite the win, he is the same quarterback we remember, and that is a bottom tier of the league starter. The receivers are good, but the quarterback struggles and the offensive line has even more issues. The right side of their line is not as strong as the Packers, and they do not have a running back like Aaron Jones, although the Bucs do hope that Rachaad White can be that guy.

The moral is that this is a jump down in competition from the Packers. It also is not the Packers, which means there is not the weird father mentality that the Bears get when the two play. The Chicago Bears season is on the line here. They have enough pieces on the defense that their week one performance is not indicative of who they are. Look for a bounceback and hold the Bucs to just 17 points in a win.
