"If people are still asking if Justin is the guy, then he's probably not the guy."

The Chicago Bears have a massive decision to make this offseason and it just so happens to revolve around the most important position in football. Will they keep Justin Fields and let him continue to quarterback the Bears or will they spend the number one overall pick on Caleb Williams or another quarterback?

Bears legend Brian Urlacher was asked about the decision by Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team and Fields supporters aren't going to like Urlacher's answer.

Brian Urlacher on Justin Fields: "They probably have to draft a kid."

Urlacher does have a point when he says if there are any questions about Fields then it means he might not be the guy. While there are always going to be a few naysayers when it comes to quarterbacks, when you look at the top signal-callers in the league (Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, etc.), those teams know those are their franchise quarterbacks. There aren't any questions about if those guys can win.

When it comes to Fields, there are still questions surrounding him. We saw improvement from him down the stretch but the Bears have a rare opportunity to land the best prospect in the draft. Not to mention, they're going to need to pay Fields soon as well, which is another reason they could look to move on from him.

That being said, Fields has shown what he can do and the fans clearly want him to stick around. The Bears could use this as an opportunity to build around their quarterback and give him the tools to succeed.

It's a tough decision for the front office to make but Brian Urlacher has said what he thinks will happen. Will he be right?
