2. The Chicago Bears should have Khalil Herbert healthy

The Chicago Bears announced that Nate Davis will definitely be back this week. After Khalil Herbert practiced all last week, the thought was that if he is not ready to go for Thursday Night Football, the turnaround to the following Sunday should be easy.

An interesting twist was seeing Herbert limited with a shin injury this week, a new injury on the report. However, it also means he is pretty much healed from his other issues and should be ready to go once the minor injury issue heals.

The Chicago Bears have until Saturday afternoon to activate Herbert, so there is still plenty of time. The Detroit Lions' defense is the perfect group to activate Herbert against.

They are built to defend the power-running teams who plow at you. However, their linebackers can be slow to the edges and they can be beaten by faster running backs. Herbert is a better mismatch for the Lions than Foreman. His return could be crucial.
