The Chicago Bears trade back to 111 and select Chase Brown, RB - Illinois

In what ends up being the last trade of this mock draft, Ryan Poles and the Chicago Bears move back one more time. This time, the team moves back from 103 to 111. The move gives the Bears another pick in this draft -- making up for the one they lost in the last trade involving the Jaguars.

We took a gamble but it paid off as the running back we wanted did not come off the board. We snagged Chase Brown. Brown is a home run threat whenever he gets his hands on the ball. He instantly turned an Illini offense into something worthy no matter which team they were facing.

Brown would fit in nicely as he projects to be a strong outside zone scheme running back. He has the speed to get to the corner and cut up the field. He has a great burst and 4.43 speed. His ability to cut back and find running lanes makes him exciting as a prospect. He isn't going to gain the tough yards, but he can take it to the house in both the running and receiving game. Brown will push Trestan Ebner off the roster in my opinion.
