The Chicago Bears are entering the 2024 offseason with a big decision to make at the QB spot. That choice is made even harder with two top-five picks, including the first overall pick, thanks to the Carolina Panthers from the trade from last offseason. The second thing of note for the Bears is they only have six draft selections currently, with no picks in rounds 6 and 7.
TRADE
The Chicago Bears trade the first overall pick to the Arizona Cardinals for picks 3,18,35,67 and a first in 2025. The Cardinals selected Caleb Williams, QB, out of USC.
The Chicago Bears select 3rd overall Wideout Marvin Harrison Jr Ohio St
No player entering the NFL Draft is a perfect prospect, but Marvin Harrison Jr might be the infrequent exception to that rule. The son of Hall of Fame, wideout Marvin Harrison, looked like he was a top-five pick in last year's draft, and this year, he has proved that he is not just the best wideout but the best player in the draft.
When scouts try to find weaknesses with him, they are more nitpicky things as opposed to being real weaknesses including him not having his cut be as sharp for someone as athletic as him.
