Chicago Bears 7-round Mock Draft
The Chicago Bears select 71st overall center Zach Frazier West Virginia
The Bears need a new starting center more than a fish needs water. Center might be the most glaring need for the Bears heading into the offseason. It wouldn't be hard to see the Bears sign and draft a center.
Frazier has that killer instinct that scouts fall in love with when it comes to linemen. Gets out of his stance with a good pad level and wins consistently at the point of attack. He will need to improve on his pass-protected technique and how he works in tight quarters.
The Chicago Bears select 102nd running back Blake Corum Michigan
If Jim Harbaugh ends up becoming the Bear's new head coach in the offseason, Corum will 100% be a Bear, but even if the Bears don't land Harbough, Corum would still be a smart pick-up. Running back not being the biggest need for the Bears but it is smart practice to always try and bring in a rookie.
Corum was a touchdown machine during his time at Michigan and has the makings of someone who could be a workhorse back in the NFL. He has the homerun ability and makes the first tackler often miss. He is a smaller size running back standing at 5'8 but he plays bigger. However, he will need to work on pass protection moving up to the NFL.
