The Chicago Bears are somehow in a must-win spot after just one week. They already have a division loss, they have the Kansas City Chiefs coming down the barrel, and now they are on the road to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If the Bears want to win in week two against the Bucs, what should the team do?

3. Chicago Bears have to push the ball down the field

The Chicago Bears average depth of target on Sunday was shocking when you consider who the quarterback for the team is. Fields career average depth of target is 9.4. Against the Green Bay Packers, his depth of target was 3.6. He was not playing the same game that he usually plays.

This is an issue because Fields is not comfortable in that area. He has a cannon and can uncock accurate passes deep down the field. However, he is not a rhythm passer and does not do well when he has to complete short, accurate passes in tight spaces.

So, the Chicago Bears can either keep Fields uncomfortable or continue to play to his strengths. This goes for Fields as well. There were deep shots worth taking that he simply did not see. The Bears have to make sure that he keeps his eyes down the field, even if pressure comes in his face.

Beyond that, Fields has to have eyes for D.J. Moore. He has to throw the ball to Moore down the field even if he is not completely open. He has to let his man go and find the ball and bring it in. The Buccaneers' pass rush is sold, but they do not have a Rashan Gary. Vita Vea can push pockets, but Justin Fields can evade him. Moore has had big games against these very Bucs cornerbacks, and he knows their tendencies quite well.

Justin Fields has to keep his eyes down the field and find D.J. Moore. This will result in a better chance at winning.
