First downs and touchdowns are what a stud weapon like Brock Bowers, a man being called the next George Kittle, should be bringing to the offense off the bat. Last time I checked, that will contribute to wins.
Our final Brock Bowers comparison of draft season is this ridiculous chart in which he posted not 1, not 2, but THREE elite college production seasons.

The only comparisons are Top 5 NFL TEs and recent first round picks. None of them did it more than once.

Point blank, we still have not done enough to support our starting quarterback. Whether you believe in Justin Fields or whether you want to draft his replacement, that player will need more high-quality skilled players at their disposal.
That type of addition is very likely to be available to the Chicago Bears with their second first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Brock Bowers might not be the only blue chipper available, but he's the one I would ride with as the best choice given Marvin Harrison's unlikelihood to be available after Pick 5.
We'll see what happens, but I know one thing for sure. I'd say that my bear goggles are firmly on and going nowhere anytime soon.
