5. Matt Eberflus, Head Coach

Finally, we come to head coach Matt Eberflus. Look, don't get me wrong. Eberflus has been an easy guy to like from the beginning. He has brought a ton of positivity to the organization and stands for many good, upright things.

But, he has not been getting the job done. He talks a lot about execution from the players, but rarely takes accountability as the head coach for the job he's done to this point. Eberflus is in over his head with this job, and needs to go. He might be better off suited as a defensive coordinator, like many great defensive coordinators are, and that's fine. But for the Bears, Eberflus is not the guy.

Instead, Chicago has to go out and find their version of a Kyle Shanahan, Mike McDaniel, Sean McVay or Brian Daboll. They desperately need an offensive-minded head coach who pours everything into Fields, at least for one year.

If the Bears don't get this next hire right, whenever it might come, then fans are going to riot.
