5 Chicago Bears primed to make their first Pro Bowl in 2023
2. The Chicago Bears are looking for magic from DJ Moore
I had to double and even triple-check to make sure that D.J. Moore did not make a Pro Bowl. He is not the biggest household name, but he had 1,000 yards in three straight years and is a former first-round pick. Perhaps the quarterback play in Carolina turned too many people off.
The wide receiver is deeper than a lot of positions, but the Pro Bowl seems easier to get into by the year. It was surprising to see that Moore did not slip in during any of those 1,000-yard seasons. Still, all signs point to 2023 being a breakout year for Moore, where he has a chance to put up his best stats.
To put it simply, this will be the best quarterback that Moore has had in the NFL, and this will be the best wide receiver that Fields has had in the NFL. Both of them are craving to make something happen and put their best foot forward. This should lead to D.J. Moore being on the Pro Bowl.
